Yurdaer Mimarlık managed all necessary procedures for this site on the Bosphorus, working closely with local authorities, the Bosphorus Zoning Administration, and the Council of Monuments to secure construction permits for the registered historic building. The building has been reconstructed in accordance with the approved design by Yurdaer Architecture.
