Located near the northern forests of Istanbul and just five minutes from Maslak’s business district, Uniq İstanbul is a mixed-use development with office spaces, Volkswagen Arena with a 5,800-seat capacity, restaurants, cafés, and exhibition areas. Yurdaer Architecture built the, office blocks entrance, common areas on the food hall level, as well as the cafés of Volkswagen Arena, Tickerdaze, Kantin, Wine&More, Rosso Pomodoro, and Tadında Anadolu.
